At the time of incorporation, Mr. Anthony L. Chirchirillo had recently sold his interests in three Wisconsin-based manufacturing companies. Together, with his family, a decision was made to reinvest the family's assets back into manufacturing. However, there was a paramount prerequisite. First and foremost, the capability to be globally competitive would need to be formally developed. Otherwise, the long-term risks of reinvesting in the manufacturing sector would be too high. On the other hand, once the capability to be globally competitive was achieved, the opportunities and rewards could be significant.

Chirch Global, LLC was formed to formally build a network of relationships around the world to achieve that objective. We are on a mission to ensure that our investment companies, and the companies of our business partners, have access to high-quality, low cost manufacturing--globally. We are expanding existing relationships, and forging new relationships, to ensure that our companies, and the companies of our business partners, could compete with anyone-anywhere in the world.

There is a worldwide phenomenon emerging whereby only those companies with globally competitive cost structures will survive--no matter where they are located. In the past, companies knew their competitors and the competition was usually from other companies within their own country. Furthermore, change happened slowly and there was a longer time to react.
